Key Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Completion of at least level one of a professional course (ACCA, ACPA, or equivalent)
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in finance management
Proven track record in financial oversight and reporting
Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms, Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities ,High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial matters
Specialized Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Ugandan tax laws, Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards, Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
Soft Skills:Excellent communication abilities to work with diverse stakeholders, Strong leadership qualities to guide financial decision-making, Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
