The Global Forum for MSM and HIV (MSMGF) and ISHTAR is opening a call for applications for 5-day Speaking Out East Africa training. The training will be hosted from 3rd -8th July in Kenya. We are looking for Gay men, MSM and Transgender (GMT) advocates who are expected to participate in 5-day training. Participants will be drawn from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda.
The training provides human rights advocates an opportunity to enhance their advocacy skills and share their expertise with other human rights advocates working with Gay men, MSM and Transgender persons within the region. During the training participants will develop their own advocacy projects related to their work in their home country/region.
How to Apply:
GMT advocates are welcome to submit their applications which should be accompanied by nomination/endorsements from their host organizations in the mentioned countries.
