About QuestPro-Women Foundation
Founded in 2019, QuestPro-Women Foundation (QWF) is a regional Pan-African feminist organization that responds to persistent gender and sexuality-based disparities affecting young LBTIQ+ women across Africa. Through a mission rooted in empowerment and social justice, QWF champions the meaningful participation of queer women in HIV response, health, human rights, and decision-making spaces.
Operating through an intersectional feminist framework, QWF works across key thematic areas including:

- First-time applicants who have not previously participated in the Leadership Academy
