With support from Power of Pride, Kuchu Times Media Group has organized writing labs that are aimed at training LGBTIQ+ storytellers in the basics of safe storytelling. We are targeting community members who are already involved in community storytelling.

In the context of HIV and TB, LGBT persons, sex workers, and persons who use and inject
drugs (PWUIDs) are discriminated, marginalized, criminalized, and suffer several human
rights abuses that increase their vulnerability to HIV. The marginalization and
discrimination suffered are institutionalized and as such the rights of these persons are
often violated by both state and non-state actors.
Entries will be reviewed by an international panel of artists, creatives, activists, and researchers.
The 3 day summit will be a space for Key populations stakeholders to openly engage, dialogue, share information and update on developing trends in funding, reporting, programming and health care.
